Provably Fair

Provably fair means you do not have to trust us: every result in our original games can be recomputed from inputs that were fixed before you placed your bet.

The three inputs

  • Server seed: a random value we generate. Before you bet you only see its SHA-256 hash, so we are committed to it but you cannot predict it.
  • Client seed: a value tied to your account that is combined with the server seed, so the server seed alone does not decide the result.
  • Nonce: a counter that increases by one with every bet, so each bet on the same seed pair produces a different result.

How a result is generated

We compute HMAC-SHA256 using the server seed as the key and "clientSeed:nonce" as the message. The first 8 hex characters of the output are converted to an integer and divided by 0xFFFFFFFF to get a number between 0 and 1. Each game maps that number to its outcome: a dice roll, a coin side, a wheel segment, a Plinko path, mine positions and so on.

How to verify a bet

  • Open the Fairness panel on the game to see the server seed hash, client seed and nonce for your bet.
  • Once the server seed is revealed, check that its SHA-256 hash matches the hash you were shown before betting.
  • Enter the seeds and nonce in the Fairness verifier, or run the HMAC-SHA256 calculation yourself, and confirm the result matches your bet.

House edge

Payout multipliers include a small, fixed house edge that is built into the displayed multiplier, so the number you see before betting is exactly what a win pays.
