You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your place of residence if that is higher. You are responsible for making sure that online gambling is legal where you are. You may hold only one account.

You are responsible for the security of the wallet or login method you use to access your account and for all activity under it. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Deposits and withdrawals are made in USDT on the networks shown in the Deposit and Withdraw windows. Funds sent with the wrong token or network may be lost and cannot be recovered. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, so you must check every address before confirming. We may review withdrawals and request verification to prevent fraud and money laundering.

A bet is final once it has been accepted. Game results are determined by the provably fair system described on the Provably Fair page. If a malfunction, error or interruption affects a game, the affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.

Prediction markets are settled according to the outcome stated in each market's description, and the settled result is final. Lottery entries are non-refundable once a round has started, and prizes are distributed according to the rules shown for that round.

Points, streak rewards and referral commission are promotional and may be changed or withdrawn. Referral commission is earned only on bets placed with deposited funds by users who signed up through your link. Self-referral, multiple accounts or any attempt to abuse rewards will result in rewards being forfeited and may lead to account closure.

You may not use bots or automated tools, exploit bugs, collude with other players, use the service for money laundering, or use funds that are not lawfully yours. We may suspend or close accounts involved in such activity and withhold balances connected to it.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where closure is not due to a breach, any remaining balance will be made available for withdrawal.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from network outages, blockchain delays or failures, errors in addresses you provide, or the loss of access to your wallet.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site, and continuing to use 44stake after an update means you accept the new terms.
